Legal
Privacy policy
This policy explains how Lansub Technologies Private Limited ("Lansub", "we") handles personal data on this website and in the Digital Twin platform. It is written to meet the requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Data we collect
- Contact requests: name, work email, company, phone (optional), and the message you send us.
- Platform accounts: name, work email, role assignments, sign-in events and session metadata (IP address, user agent) needed to secure the service.
- Website analytics: aggregated usage statistics. When campaign measurement is enabled we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tags with IP anonymisation; campaign parameters (UTM, click IDs) attached to a demo request are stored with the lead so we know which campaign it came from.
How we use it
- To respond to demo and sales requests and to run pilots you ask for.
- To provide, secure and audit access to the Digital Twin console for customer tenants.
- To meet legal obligations and to protect our systems from abuse.
Operational data
Telemetry, network models and operational records processed in customer tenants belong to the customer. We process them only under the customer agreement and never use them to train models shared with other customers.
Retention and security
Contact requests are retained for 24 months. Platform identity data is retained for the life of the customer agreement plus the statutory audit period. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is role-based and logged.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@lansub.com. Platform users should contact their tenant administrator first, who controls their account.
Changes
We will post updates to this page and, for material changes, notify customer administrators. Last updated: September 2026.
